We handle a wide range of legal assignments in the real estate sector. For buyers and sellers of commercial properties or shares, we manage the transaction process, including drafting or reviewing sales documents and conducting legal due diligence.

We provide comprehensive legal services in housing company law for housing companies, property managers, and property owners.

Additionally, we handle assignments related to construction contracts and disputes, as well as other developer liability issues. With over a decade of experience, we specialize in the legal aspects of real estate brokerage and liability matters, continuously advising real estate agencies of various sizes.

Pricing

The initial consultation to assess the issue is free of charge.

If the assignment is more responsible or demanding than usual, requiring special expertise in a particular area of law, the fee will accordingly be higher. Higher fees are also used when the assignment is handled outside regular working hours, very urgently, or in a foreign language. Fees may also be reduced on a case-by-case basis.

If necessary, the agreed fee can be required to be paid in full or in part in advance.

In addition to the actual fee, we invoice the external costs required for the measures, such as authority and court fees, as well as translation costs. Time spent due to travel for the case is also charged in addition to the time spent handling the task.

In cases where the workload can be estimated with sufficient accuracy in advance, it is possible to agree on a maximum or fixed price.

If there is a special reason, it can be agreed in advance that the fee will be a portion of what is achieved by the client with the measure or that a special reward will be paid if the desired result is achieved.

Ordinary office expenses, such as telephone, mailing, and copying costs are included in the fees charged for the measures. However, larger copying amounts or unusually large mailing costs, such as sending abroad or sending packages, may be charged separately, as well as other unusually large office costs.

Most home insurance and business insurance policies include a legal protection component, which can often cover at least part of the litigation costs. When taking on an assignment, we determine the client’s legal protection insurance coverage for the current case and the possibilities for free legal proceedings.
